I appreciate the time with Nancy Crystal and Nicole, and the same repetitive things were said to make sure I got the skills The schedule was done and the response was texted very fairly cause I did not have to wait all day to find the next session and they made it easy on me for home, work pick drop off very proud to have spent my money with them, The class part was I nice atmosphere And we all had A far chance to take as many notes as we could and very fair time to do are test at the end of the week a great team of women. Nancy and crystal have the worst people skills and are non professionals they both are very nasty rude people and should not be working with kids!!!! i would go somewhere else where they know how to talk to people and good with kids!!!!! they are money grubbing nasty people especially crystal is horrible at teaching and being with kids I wouldn't let her teach or be near my dog. my kid came home crying from being upset with the way she treated him/her numerous times. i will never send my other kids there when they are old enough. i hope other people speak up and make them get people to work for them since they should not be around people and don't want to be with people who are paying their bills
