NOT WORTH IT!!!! i spent 120 for road test and such. the lessons are 55. my son went to one lesson and Le said that he needs a little help to work on some areas so i said fine, normal right? so i call the company on Monday, the secretary or assistant that was working there said that he is scheduled for the road test that tuesday, i didn't even know that he was scheduled. A. there communication whithin each other is so bad... that now they are booked until December. so now i have no available lesson on Saturday and they got my money, so now what? they don't tell you in advanced that they are booked. so how in the world is my son going to learn what he needs to get better. DONOT WAISTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

We had a terrible experience with instructor Le at Braintree Driving School. We had paid for one-on-one 45-minute training lessons, and instructor Le did not provide the service. During our son’s lessons: 1. Accepted phone calls and texted throughout the lessons. 2. On four of the lessons, had our son drive him home so he can use the restroom and had him wait in the car unattended with the engine on. 3. On one of the lessons, had our son pick up his son, drive him to a business, had him wait in the car unattended for ten to fifteen minutes. 4. Had other students in the car during lessons (we paid for one-on-one training lessons). 5. Used intimidating language and tone. Due to the inappropriate behaviors, our son had inadequate driving instruction. In addition, instructor Le had scheduled a road test without approval or coordination with us, using the deposit we paid. Money and time were wasted as we had to enroll our son to another driving school.

My daughter did not learn anything at all from this driving school. The instructor is horrible!!!! They’re OVERCHARGED compare to all other driving school in the area!!!!! The most important thing is that they’re NOT HONEST and NOT CLEAR on what they will be offered! They’re UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Don’t wait your time!

BAD NEWS! This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had, with any business, period. They took my deposit of $120 for a road test, would not give the dates or times till 3 days before the test. Then when I couldn't make only two of the offered dates with very short notice they kept all my money. I didn't get to even get to take the road test! Also when I tried to get answers on the phone I was yelled at and belittled for not being more flexible these two dates, they said the manager would call me back. The manager never returned my call. Their email communication is spotty and was receiving emails from the staffs personal accounts. Stay away from Braintree Driving school. The RMV feels like a dream in comparison. Where's my money Braintree?!?!
