My son took this course with Chase and didn't finish his hours with him because he braked so hard that it scared the daylights out of my son. This made it difficult for him to feel comfortable in a car with him. I talked to Chase about this and told him we had to go somewhere else to finish his hours with someone he felt comfortable with and he refused to give us any refund at all. He is not great with children with special needs and also not great with being professional. I posted a review on another page and it was deleted, and I noticed there has not been a good review in 2 years on that page. I want people to know the experience we had with him and that no help from him, my son is now a licensed driver after him telling us he didn't think he was capable.
