If there was a way to give negative stars that would be too generous. I paid $380 for Driving lessons for my teenage son. It was supposed to be 3 2hour lessons. I was told to drive him around myself and teach him, even though I informed them his permit says he's not supposed to drive with out at least 1 hour lesson from a school first. Then we finally got lesson scheduled. It was supposed to be 2 hours. It was only 40 minutes max due to double booking and the instructor wanting to spend more time with the other white female cliient. Im being generous saying 40 minutes because in actuality my son was in the car less than that. The instructor was rude and unprofessional. Choosing to stand and gossip about the graffiti on the building and the "type of people"he knows put it there instead of conducting driving lesson. Then it takes over two months for the next scheduled lesson, just for there to be an "error" with scheduling so instead of a lesson my son and I were again treated rudely and told to call back in another month and they'll see if they want to fit us in, and then we were hung up on.. my son still hasn't had more than 40 minutes of lesson even though I paid for 6 hours and they refuse to make this right or give me my money back so I can go elsewhere. During all the conversations I had with owner and instructor there was no professionalism. As soon as they saw my son didnt look white like I am thats when we were treated badly. I dont make acusations lightly, but i can confidenttly say with 100% acuracy that these are racist white men, and thats why my son was treated poorly due to him looking like the "type of people" that the instructor accused of grafitti the building. Also on top of all that they insisted that I give my son driving lessons. I know my son requires drive time with me as well, but Why am I paying for driving lessons to a school if im the only one providing the driving lessons?? It makes no sense. Worst experiance ever, i definantly rexomemd avoiding this school and going to maywood instead!
