Safeway Driving Inc. was one of the first companies in the state of Michigan to conduct the road test beginning in 1997. We give fair road tests at reasonable prices, and we offer rental cars if needed. Our drivers training and priviate driving lessons help new or inexperienced drivers earn a driver’s license and/or improve their skills behind the wheel. Our classes are built to accommodate the unique requirements of every student and each lesson is customized to the actual progress demonstrated by the student.

Led by our professional and experienced instructors, we strive to deliver safe, confident, informed, and patient drivers to Michigan roads. Students learn the most effective defensive driving techniques and are prepared for safe driving in every season.Regardless if you have ever driven before, you can be sure that our courteous, experienced, and patient instructors will help you succeed in your driving goals.

I had a awesome experience with instructor Colleen.she was very pleasant and understanding.I'd recommend her to anyone who was getting ready to join the road I was nervous to begin with she helped me overcome with a few words of encouragement.she made the experience a joyful one. thankyou again

They were there when I arrived early. Professional people as in don't expect a friendly smile. My biggest issue is they use short orange cones with long bent sticks leaning out of the cones inwhich gives you less room to back in or parallel park. I failed so if you haven't practiced and think you will pass driving a vehicle that is totally different than yours... you got another thing coming. They are strict and follow all rules and that the state makes them and if you don't come early and watch the people before you... you will have no clue what you need to do... PS always beep your horn after each verbal order. 2 stars because of the cheap cones the tall $10 ones would be much better and would give you a more fair chance. You fail you lose $90 😵
