We had a very hard time with the first few classes and communication with the management was very difficult however my last driving experience was absolutely amazing. Mrs. Danos was one of the best driving instructors I’ve ever had. She was calm and patient and never raised her voice. We drove on the highway and she explained everything and never made me feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed. She knew exactly what she was doing and was able to convey her message to me. If you do decide to go to Trinity driving school I highly recommend that you try to schedule your classes with Mrs. Danos. She completely turned my experience around with Trinity driving school. Thank you so much!

Don't waste your time or money using Trinity Driving School!! My son took the class in March and still hasn't had one drive time (it's July 29th). The communication and lack on effort to get these students driving is ridiculous!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!

WARNING! Please do not make the mistake of choosing this driving school for your child. We paid $648.30 upfront in December for my daughter to attend this driving school. She completed the coursework with no issues the first week of February. The problem is that they do NOT schedule driving in a timely manner. At the parent meeting, it was implied that there was a delay, but after a month, this class would be given priority, which would have been March/April. WE STILL HAVE NOT COMPLETED ANY DRIVING and it is the end of June. Now, she will not be able to drive during her Junior year of high school. My nephew, who finished his course 2 days ago, has all of his hours scheduled and will complete all driving requirements in 2 weeks. He will have his permit before my daughter.
The ironic part is that there is a $100 charge for anyone who does not cancel a driving time with more than a 24-hour notice. They hold the customer/teenagers accountable, but not themselves.
On top of everything else, they do not answer or return phone calls. I will admit that they were upfront about that (because they are too busy was what we were told). However, they DID ensure that emails would be answered in a timely manner. That is NOT true. Expect weeks - if they even get to it. I truly wish I was exaggerating.
I never take the time to write reviews, but I can not, in good conscience, watch others go through this. Driving school is expensive and there are other options. Please do not make a hasty decision. All of the negative reviews are honest; I have yet to read an exaggerated post.
