Sam DeBella, current owner of the Troy and Vandalia Wheelers, has been with the company for the past nine years. He started as a driving instructor and continues to do so. He resides in Troy and takes pride that Wheeler's is a locally owned business. Sam, among all other Wheeler's employees, provides the safest and most personable instruction you won't find anywhere else.
