Hello All and the new aspiring drivers I took 4 hours driving lessons from A1 in Snellville. My experience was excellent and need to give following information to make your choices: 1) The registration was super-easy and they give a detailed and use friendly information on the website to select the types of driving lessons. 2) The instructors are very knowledgeable and professional who gives instructions based on your driving skills. 3) They also spend extra minutes if you need more driving practice or clarify your all doubts. I will also mention instructor name Ms Lisa Brown with whom i spent 4 hours taking driving lessons. The knowledge she gave on driving correctly helped me a lot to build my confidence to next level. I feel much more confident and now ready to give my driving test. I want to thank Ms Lisa Brown for all the efforts and sharing all her knowledge with me. Enrolled my daughter in the whole package program: Part 1 - Classroom: She did the online version and that went very well. It was instructor-led which was ideal. Part 2 - Driving: It was a bit of a hassle scheduling the driving sessions, the interface is not fabulous. But, the instructors she drove with were fantastic. She learned a lot from them and was absolutely more confident. Part 3 - test and licensing: it has been 3 weeks of emails and phone calls and still no test scheduled. We have spoken with people several times, received an email once claiming they tried calling. There are no voice messages - so what is the point of calling to schedule and NOT leaving a message. Today I tried again, got a person - we've spoken with her previously. She listened and then said we needed to be transferred to someone else. As has happened in the past, this transfer is straight to voice mail. I felt good buying a package deal with everything included. Now, I wish I hadn't because we would have just gone to the DMV and gotten her licensed. She leaves for college tomorrow....how incredibly frustrating to have spent so much time over the last few weeks as we prepare for her to go off to college - trying to chase down scheduling a driving test. Seriously, the DMV wait would have been much better. My recommendation would be to use them for Part 1 and Part 2 but do NOT spend the extra money for them to facilitate testing and licensing.
