A-1 Driving School Instructor Ronald Giboney is an awesome, very knowledgeable, informative, dynamic and enthusiastic professional drivers' education expert that had no unanswered questions during the course. He remained very interactive with all participants in the class and made sure all the participants remained indulged as well. I am from Wisconsin and upon driving in Georgia (had a wide awakening). Mr. Giboney answered all the questions I had in my mind even before asking. I am grateful that I took this course and am using the tools I learned to become a safer Driver in Georgia. Thank you A-1 Driving School.

Enrolled my daughter in the whole package program: Part 1 - Classroom: She did the online version and that went very well. It was instructor-led which was ideal. Part 2 - Driving: It was a bit of a hassle scheduling the driving sessions, the interface is not fabulous. But, the instructors she drove with were fantastic. She learned a lot from them and was absolutely more confident. Part 3 - test and licensing: it has been 3 weeks of emails and phone calls and still no test scheduled. We have spoken with people several times, received an email once claiming they tried calling. There are no voice messages - so what is the point of calling to schedule and NOT leaving a message. Today I tried again, got a person - we've spoken with her previously. She listened and then said we needed to be transferred to someone else... Read More

As has happened in the past, this transfer is straight to voice mail. I felt good buying a package deal with everything included. Now, I wish I hadn't because we would have just gone to the DMV and gotten her licensed. She leaves for college tomorrow....how incredibly frustrating to have spent so much time over the last few weeks as we prepare for her to go off to college - trying to chase down scheduling a driving test. Seriously, the DMV wait would have been much better. My recommendation would be to use them for Part 1 and Part 2 but do NOT spend the extra money for them to facilitate testing and licensing. My son attended A-1 Driving School in the Snellville area and we were very pleased with the service. I highly recommend instructor Mrs.Nefateria Alicia Brown. My husband and I immediately saw his confidence go up. We could not have asked for a better instructor. My son wasn’t very enthusiastic about learning to drive, but with her help he is enjoying driving and the freedom that comes with it. Thank you Mrs. Nefateria Alicia Brown for working with Terrance.

Horrible experience. After they got my money it took days and days to get the lessons we paid for and there are almost no open slots so it was impossible to schedule. They didn’t send documentation needed and to schedule the test we had paid for it took hundreds of phone calls to every location to get even one person to answer. When I finally got it scheduled, the instructor was over an hour late. Then they couldn’t find my daughter in the system to print her passing test certificate. This was about the worst business I have ever interacted with.
