This is the State mandated 6 hour behind the wheel training course. It consists of (3) two hour lessons, conducted by instructors who are licensed by the State of California. Upon the completion of behind the wheel drivers training, the driving school will then issue the certificate of completion in the behind the wheel drivers training (O.L 238 ). This completion certificate shall be presented to the DMV on the day when taking the final drive test to be licensed in the state of California. Teen Driving Academy offers a combination package which includes both driver’s education and the behind the wheel drivers training.

Use our Dual-Control-Car for your DMV Drive Test. This is a 2 hour program that includes 45 minutes of practice drive test lesson that enables the student to learn and grasp driving test techniques and skills to assist the student to be successful in Behind The Wheel Exam. After the 45 minute practice lesson student will use our car to take the actual DMV test which is included in this package.
