I signed up for the basic rider course here. Found out 10 days before the class that I wouldn’t be able to attend due to a schedule change at work (I’m in the military so it was unavoidable). I called the contact number on the website several times and even left a voicemail. I didn’t receive a call back so I sent them an email. They replied and said my refund was being “Qd” and I’d receive a confirmation email. I waited 2 weeks and never heard anything. Emailed them again and asked how long the refund process usually takes and they told me usually 7 days. I emailed them in response explaining my situation again and still haven’t received a response or a refund. I’m sure the class is great, but as far as the customer service and communication goes I had to give them one star... Read More
