The classroom experience was only the things you should already have known to pass the permit test to begin driver's training. My child only received 1 hour in the simulator during the 4 week classroom setting. We paid for extra driving lessons separate from the lessons included with the package, and the driver was late for every lesson. We scheduled the driver's test twice, and the trainer only told my daughter that she "was not ready to test" with no additional information about what she needed to work on. Also, the trainer did NOT even inform parents that they did not perform the test or the reason why. He just picked up the next lesson and left. When I complained to the office manager that there was a lack of communication to parents, she said that "the trainer will not test your child if they believe that they will need more practice, even if they could pass the test... And, [she] spoke with the driver, and he thinks that my child could pass the test, but would not give it to her." She was rude and would not understand that my issues were customer service related. She all but told me that my daughter would kill someone on the road, even though her own trainer said she was a better driver and could pass the test if given to her. Read Less

This school took our money refuses to honor our prepayment for the driver's test. Supervisor Becky is incredibly rude and confrontational. Driver was late arriving to pick our child for the 2nd lesson. We were already on the way, he never called to warn he was stuck in traffic, so she agreed with the driver to reschedule. After the fact the company stated that constituted a no show on our part and that we would be charged another $55. My child did pass the DMV exam with flying colors and credits her instructor about whom she spoke highly. She did not find value in the driving lesson and has driven over 300 hours with us since receiving her learner's permit. She is an excellent driver and does not need another lesson from these people. I admit it irks me to pay for something, not get it, and be the recipient of verbal abuse instead. Buyer.. Read More

I admit it irks me to pay for something, not get it, and be the recipient of verbal abuse instead. Buyer beware: do not prepay for the exam, keep good records, and record conversations. If I did it over I’d avoid this company and figure out another way to help my child study for the exam. Read Less
