Carl In Memphis was amazing. He knows what he's talking about so listen to him. First week the "instructor " talked about himself the entire time. He helped us study for our permit about 10% of the time. He told us to test on a Wednesday because he wouldn't be back Thursday and Friday. I passed after my 3rd time because I had to study myself. I left after a day and a half behind the wheel. I can not drive a manual. I should not be forced to drive a manual. The instructor kept discouraging the class saying that if we weren't ready our 2nd week that they would not sign off on us. Students help students.

The decision to enroll at Drive Train has been one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I wish that I had known that before enrolling. The school is awful and they could care less about the students. The equipment is old, outdated and shouldn’t be used. The passing rate is 33%.The owners could care less if the students have fuel in the trucks or keys to drive. Students come to school to learn, however the opportunity to learn at Drive Train is almost impossible. If anyone is deciding between which truck driving school to choose, please don’t pick Drive Train. The only concern they have is getting paid from the unemployment office and students. I didn’t want to make this review but I don’t want anyone else to experience what I’ve been through. Make sure you never walk through the front door of Drive Train because they don’t care about you succeeding or obtaining your CDL... Read More
