This unparalleled course provides students with in-depth coverage on safe driving practices including step-by-step guidance from DS expert teachers, as well as instruction on the mental attitudes necessary to become a safe driver.This program is designed in coordination with AAA of Minnesota for the new driver needing comprehensive preparation and guidance.

Terrible (none) customer service. Called multiple times during their "business hours" and left messages and no calls returned. Scheduling behind the wheel is not possible until at least July 2022 but that schedule is not available yet.... but you do not know that until after you are forced to register/pay and then you find out there are no appointments for the next few months. Agree with the other reviewers...go to Safeway for both the class instruction and the behind the wheel. As of April 2022, Safeway is not taking behind the wheel students that have completed their classroom elsewhere (perhaps being inundated by unhappy DS Driving School West trying to get on a schedule elsewhere?). The worst is that this was recommended by the Chaska DMV. Again, agreed, go anywhere else before you get stuck here with zero availability, no-one to answer their calls and no callbacks... Read More
