My husband and I took the basic Learn to Ride course (2 days). I was a complete newbie - I'd only ever been on a motorcycle once before, and that was as a passenger about 35 years ago. Thilo and Michael, our instructors, were absolutely fabulous--and I say that as a veteran teacher myself, with 23 years' experience. I know good teaching when I see it, and they were fantastic. It wasn't just the content; it was the way they taught, and the way they coached us out on the range. I've already booked a second course to get a little more experience and practice. I recommend this company without hesitation!

I signed up for one of their basic motorcycle safety courses at the last minute. Then my coworker was ill and couldn't cover for me so I couldn't make it to the class. No refund or course credit. "That's our policy" was the only response. Not a very customer friendly company.
