Safe Driver Academy offers the New York State Point & Insurance Reduction Program (PIRP), also known as the Defensive Driving Course or Motor Vehicle Accident Prevention Course. The New York DMV describes it as a "comprehensive driver safety course which provides knowledge and techniques for safe and lawful driving."  Boring, but true. Our course avoids the boring part!​

This was a wonderful worthwhile class. It was very enjoyable and I learned a lot also. Ramon is very knowledgeable and easy to listen to. The class time just flew by. I'm looking forward to taking it again when I'm due to in 3 .

This was a great class and very entertaining as well. I learned several things I didn't know and so much better than doing the class online or trying to stay awake during other 6 hour classes I've taken. As long as Ray is doing this, in three years I won't be dreading taking his class again!

After attending many other forms of this class, this is the one we will come back to. His humor made the day go faster.

Ray updated class with new regulations and at the same time reminded us safety rules to always follow. He did it all with timed humor to get his instructions across. I thoroughly enjoyed his class, his presentation safe-driver seminar was concise and easy to understand.

Best class ever!!!! very informative, and updated great presentation and interactive…He is real entertaining… I will return to Ray’s class in 3 years and would recommend him to those who wants to gain knowledge from an excellent class. Thanks Ray !!
