The representatives on the phone are rude and seemed annoyed by questions not listed on their FAQS.

Highly problematic. My son lost his phone after his first group lesson, after they picked him up at our house as they indicated on their website was their policy. But the instructor wanted to pick all the kids up at the local high school. We called in requesting pick up at our house until the phone issue could be resolved as if there were any issues he wouldn't have a phone to let us know. All of a sudden he became a horrible driver that wasn't ready for any further classes, which came as news to both him and me. They cancelled our contract. Would highly recommend passing on this one. If there are any problems they won't want to accommodate you, despite explicitly advertising as a service that will come to your door on their website.
