Customer service is shitty. I never got a call prior to a cancellation or a reschedule. Not everyone checks their emails everyday! When I got the email it didn’t say anything bout a cancellation but a modified time slot. I called today n complained bout the situation n the lady over the phone (Fresno office) asked me what I gained from making the complaint n assured me that Debbie had notified me. I didn’t get no Voicemail if I had missed a call! I will not give u guys my business again!
